direction, my wife Julia and I came to Stuttgart in August
1998 and began working to establish the "Victory Baptist
Church" as an English speaking, Independent,
Fundamental, KJV, Baptist Church reaching the U.S.
Military in Stuttgart, Germany.
Our ministry is dedicated to reaching all peoples in the
Stuttgart, Germany area and around the world through
missionary outreach; but, is specifically established as an
English Speaking ministry to the United States Military
personnel and their families stationed in Stuttgart.
